With the FullStory and Survicate integration, you can connect responses to targeted customer surveys to your digital experience data. This helps you detect how NPS scores affect conversion rates, tie frustration signals like Rage Clicks to customer feedback, and more. 

If you haven't already, sign up for Survicate to get started.

Installation

Before you begin, make sure you have the Survicate and FullStory snippets installed on your website. 

  1. In FullStory, go to Settings > Integrations > Manage
  2. Find the Survicate integration and click Add at the end of the row
  3. Click Authorize

Next, you'll be redirected to Survicate for authentication.

  1. Log in to your Survicate account. 
  2. Use the dropdown menu to confirm your workspace and organization, then click Allow.

Finally, you'll be redirected back to FullStory. 

  1. Confirm your Survicate organization and workspace IDs have populated in FullStory. 
  2. Click Done. 

Using the Integration

Survicate will automatically send survey responses to FullStory as custom events. You can then use those events to search for sessions and create segments, funnels, metrics, and conversions analyses. Check out Survicate's documentation to learn more.
