What is Salesforce Experience Cloud?

Salesforce Experience Cloud is a platform for building digital experiences that connect customers, partners, and employees with each other—and the data and records they need to get work done. This includes help centers, community pages, HR portals, and the like.

How do I add Fullstory to my digital experiences built with Experience Cloud?

  1. After logging into Salesforce, open the Digital Experience Builder.
  2. Go to Settings > Advanced > Head Markup and click “Edit Head Markup”.

  3. Paste your Fullstory capture snippet. This can found by logging into your Fullstory account and by clicking on Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > Fullstory Setup. Be sure to copy the entire snippet, including the <script> tags. After pasting the snippet in Head Markup, click Save.

  4. You may receive a warning about updating your Content Security Policy (CSP). This is expected. Continue to the next step to adjust this.

  5. In Experience Builder, open Settings > Security & Privacy. Select the “Relaxed CSP” option. See Salesforce Help for more information about content security in Salesforce.
