What data is collected?
The Workforce extension captures user interaction data on web sites specifically allowed by your IT team in order to report on the adoption, performance, engagement, and experience of the software applications your company uses every day.
Workforce specifically does not record screens or capture keystrokes, and is not designed to collect data on personal browsing unrelated to work.

If the application you're using is being observed by your IT team, you can click the Workforce extension in your browser to copy the session replay link.
How can I see which applications my company is observing?
You can click on the Workforce extension in your browser at any time to see a list of the applications your company is observing.
You can identify whether or not data is being captured at a glance by the state of the browser extension icon:
Colored Icon: When the icon is colored, it means that Workforce is actively observing the current website or application.
Gray Icon: When the compass icon is gray, Workforce is not observing the current site.
