Can I see browser viewport size in session replay?

Who can use this feature?
- Available with Enterprise, Advanced, Business, and Free plans.
- Available for admins, architects, explorers, and standard users.

Yes! During session replay, you can find the initial viewport size at the top of the screen.

session

It’s important to note that this initial size will not reflect changes that occur during the session as a result of the user resizing or zooming their browser window. However, we do index these viewport changes for search, and you will see the change in the rendered replay.

To find sessions with a specific viewport resolution, you can search for viewport width and/or viewport height in the OmniSearch box:

What's the difference between viewport and screen dimensions?

Screen dimension is the actual reported size of the device the user is on whereas the viewport dimension is the size of the user's visible area of a web page, primarily determined by the size of their browser window.
