Is it possible to rename my Fullstory account after it has been created?

Available for the following Plan types:

Fullstory Enterprise

Fullstory Advanced

Fullstory Business

Fullstory for Mobile Apps

Fullstory Free

Available to the following User roles:

Admin

Architect

Standard


Yes! If you would like to change the name of your Fullstory account, you can do so by navigating to Settings > My Profile > About Me and changing the Name field.

Note: this is also possible inside inside of Umbrella accounts. However, when making changes to account names under Umbrella management, make sure you are logged in to the account that you would like to change the name of.
