What are the limitations?
FullstoryFree does not include advanced capabilities available with our paid plans, such as Dashboards, Configurable form privacy, Go-Live, Streams, client-side ragehooks, Fullstory for Mobile Apps, and StoryAI.

Yes, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans at any time to access additional features, increased session capture limits, and team collaboration tools.
What happens if I exceed the monthly session limit?
We'll notify all Admins via email and display a UI message once you’ve exceeded your monthly session limit. During this time, you can still access existing sessions, but no new sessions will be captured until your next cycle begins or you upgrade to a paid plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, FullstoryFree does not require a credit card to get started.
Can I sign up for a FullstoryFree account with any email address?
A business email domain is required to join Fullstory. Freemium email domains, such as Gmail or Yahoo email addresses, cannot be used.
What kind of support is available?
As a FullstoryFree user, you have access to the Fullstory Community. The Community is a dedicated place for you to ask questions, share ideas, and exchange best practices with other Fullstory users. You’ll also find skill-building workshops, on-demand training, and other resources designed for your success. Email support is available with paid plans.
Who owns the data collected through FullstoryFree?
By using FullstoryFree, you grant Fullstory ownership rights to the anonymized non-PII collected data. While you have full access to use this data for your business purposes, Fullstory maintains the right to use anonymized data for various purposes.
Please note: We will never share end-user personal information (PII) with third-parties who are not sub-processors of Fullstory. All end-user data is thoroughly anonymized to protect individual privacy.
